Your mailer is made of high quality thick gloss stock.

The piece is an large postcard (tri-folded) with a easy-to-tear-away and save section.

The postcard arrives to homeowners folded and sealed enticing them to open and revealing the offer and information about your business.

The Maximizer and all its marketing pieces are exclusive to your business in your region. The piece will never be sent in a bulk pack or in conjunction with one of your competitors.

To create your businesses mailer our designers provide you a short checklist of needed and then take care of the rest! You don’t need to know design, software, or mailing. It’s completely taken care of so you can focus on what you do best.

MAILER

In order to maintain your region exclusivity your company must participate in 2 of the 3 initial mailings offered after you sign on.  After your company has participated in the 2 mailings it may elect to participate in as many mailing opportunities as it sees fit.

Mailings are coordinated on specific dates.  These dates are not flexible.  Individual mailings coordinated outside the Maximizer Program can be done at any time per customer specifications.

A portion of the mail piece is customizable.  Nimble will utilize your colors, logo, and other design elements associated with your brand.  Beyond the design elements there are specific areas designated for promotional offers.  Prior to the design phase of each mailing Nimble will email your company representative with the mailing template, and request the promotional offer you want listed on the mailer.

Billing is completed in 2 phases.  50% is collected at the design phase, and 50% is collected after the piece has mailed.  A significant reason we collect 50% up front is to collect postage.  We maintain your credit card number, and process it at both stages.

Proofing is done for each mailing.  You will be provided with a PDF file electronically to review and approve.  There are date/time deadlines for proof approval in order for the meeting the mail deadlines.

THERE IS NOT A CONTRACT for the Maximizer program.  Once your company ceases minimum participation in either the Mailer or Emails, one notice will be provided via email with a “delivered” and “read” receipt to your main company representative.  If timely confirmation of future participation is not received, Nimble will contact other businesses in the region to advertise for the region exclusivity.

E-MAIL

In order to maintain your region exclusivity your company must commit $100/month for the base “consultant” level of service.  The $100/month is equivalent to 1 hour of consultant time.  Whether your company utilizes the consultant time or not the $100/month is required.  This minimum rate is used for companies with existing email blast programs.  If your company participates in the 2-times per month emails the $100 consultant time fee does not apply.

The base email frequency is 2 times per month, and the cost is $400/month.  Customers pay 1 month in advance for this service, and payment is collected on the 1^st of the month.   A portion of the email is customizable.  Nimble will utilize your colors (closest available within the parameters of the email system), logo, and other design elements associated with your brand.  Beyond the design elements there are specific areas designated for promotional offers.  Prior to the design phase of each email Nimble will email your company representative with the mailing template, and request the promotional offer you want listed on the mailer.

OTHER

Nimble Impressions offers a large variety of products and services.  The mailers and email blasts are critical to the Maximizer Program, however, any company may use our services for general printing and marketing.
